Job Description
SEN 1:1 Team Teach Teaching Assistant, Open to all graduates with at least a 2:1. Positions are available for both Primary and Secondary schools. ASD & Team Teach Experience Required - West London- Outstanding Primary & Secondary schools.

Do you have experience supporting pupils with ASD on a 1:1 basis? Are you Team Teach/ Positive handling trained? Are you a high achieving graduate with at least a 2:1 in your degree? Maybe you are considering a career as a Teacher and are passionate about SEN? If so then this role is for you!

The ideal candidate for this 1:1 Teaching Assistant role, will be determined graduates who already have experience supporting SEN or more specifically ASD children. The ability to engage pupils in the learning process is key and therefore you should be open and adept at exploring different teaching styles and techniques. The perfect candidates will be able to step up to the plate and take a lead in the classroom from the word "go", enjoying the responsibility for the pupil's learning as well as their social and emotional development. You must be tenacious and determined, with the drive to overcome challenges and obstacles to learning through clear thinking and positivity.
