Job Description
Working in the returns warehouse but alongside the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for identifying and actioning in a timely manner, non-conforming customer returns, looking at root cause analysis and working with various stake holders to help promote customer returns compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and handling customer non-conforming returns promptly.
Processing and updating Customer Returns.
Responsible for creating, managing and analysing data/reports using database applications and spread sheets.
Communicating both internally and externally the data collated and working alongside Customer service, Sales and Customers to assist with ensuring customers both understand and comply with our agreed returns policy.
Handling inbound emails and calls.
Ad-hoc admin.

Key Skills

Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
Attention to detail - able to report, analyse and interpret data and present back to a varied audience.
Organisation skills - able to plan and prioritise time to deal with conflicting priorities.
Computer literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated with a positive outlook, always willing to rise to a challenge.
Ability to handle large volumes
