Kelly Services is now seeking an Office Administrator with front office and customer service, with former managerial experience preferred at a business in Bennettsville, SC. Duties include greeting patients, working with counselor schedules, emails, answering the phone, learning to file insurance (will be trained). The appropriate candidate will work independently most of the time, as the counselors are only in the office for their scheduled appointments. The appropriate candidate must be able to conduct business with little to no supervision. The position will start as a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) and grow to full-time. It is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Training and advancement opportunities will be available for the appropriate candidate to grow with the company. Patients are only seen on Wednesday-Friday for now. Office Admin hours will be Wednesday and Thursday from 11am-7pm and Friday from 11am-5pm. Pay rate is $15 per hour.
