Our client in the Financial Services/Banking Industry is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant to help support their growing team in the Tempe area. Responsibilities Greet clients in person and on the phone. Assist in preparation and presenting Reports Track clients issues and ongoing actions in the office Maintain contact and client files Provide general support to clients Write and distribute email, correspondence, letters , faxes and forms Qualifications Background in office administration preferred Time management skills to prioritize work Able to organize and track tasks.
