We are currently seeking an Employment Attorney with the following experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on employment litigation experience in California
  • In-house experience as an employment lawyer at a technology company is ideal
  • Experience managing outside counsel
  • Experience supporting HR and business executives regarding employee handbooks, policies and procedures, internal trainings, offer letters, termination agreements, bonuses, and other compensation matters
  • Law firm training in employment litigation is required
  • A strong executive presence and collaborative workstyle
  • Exceptional academic credentials
  • The ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Active membership and good standing with the California Bar (with the exception of privacy roles and other compliance projects, we do not place lawyers who are Registered as In-House Counsel)
