Job Description

As a key member of IT leadership, the role is expected to inform and/or oversee Security Reviews, ARB reviews, Business Assurance Reviews and drive Evaluation, Selection, Approval and Procurement of new technologies for the HR organization. In partnership with HRIS, the role will maintain vendor relationships, perform quality reviews and negotiate contract for existing and new services.

In conjunction with HR teams, maintain HR Technology Roadmap; Drive standardization/best practice & continuous system improvements.


Own the Technical Architecture and Platform/Integration design for all HR Systems
Lead a global team of >10 IT employees and consultants ensuring high levels of engagement for a geographically disbursed team. Occasionally travel (US, Brazil, Singapore, EMEA) to maintain relationships and support projects as necessary.
Act as a trusted advisor to the HR & IT Leadership on HR Systems strategy and shape their decision making
Partner with HRIS to design of HR experiences that deliver the products' required by the HR leaders in line with the strategic initiatives.
Utilise best in class methodologies to design and deliver great applications & experiences.
Participate in and advise on prioritisation of HR technology changes in support of HR functional and experience roadmap.
Ensure that updates and changes to our HR Systems are delivered in a timely manner and to a high level of quality
Ensure thorough data and security governance over all HR systems
Monitor metrics and trends and implement strategy to continuously improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of systems and staff
Build and maintain a strong technical team through training, coaching, team building and knowledge sharing
Establish a strong relationship and partnership with HR Centers of Expertise, Payroll and other internal customers to ensure high level of service and responsiveness; handle escalations as necessary and develop and ensure compliance to teams SLAs
Co-manage with HRIS the relationships with software vendors


5+ years in an IT leadership role
10+ years of IT experience in delivering transformational applications and processes preferred.
Extensive experience with Workday in HCM, Talent Management, and Performance management
Experience with ADP, Celergo, Integration platforms and technologies, Data and Analytics platforms or Tableau a plus.
Extensive experience delivering SaaS applications to business lines. Experience with case management applications such as ServiceNow a plus
Bachelor's degree required. Preference towards Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics. MBA a plus.
