Job Description
Position ndash Recruiter for Pactera EDGE USA Background Pactera Edge is looking for a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join their team at Redmond, WA Location. In this role, the recruiter shall work as a business partner with the hiring managers to provide advice on the candidate market, conceive and implement an effective end to end recruitment strategy that shall help fulfill client requirements. Responsibilities Include but not limited to. Partner with Corporate leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Leverage online recruiting resources using the latest sourcing techniques to attract and source the most qualified candidates. Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and are clearly understood. Actively participate in all staffing related activities, including the development of creative and effective recruiting solutions. Drive the campus hiring program Develops a key pipeline of talent available for immediate hire as needed. Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and retain quality candidates. Initiate employee referral programs and recruitment drives. Help with the candidate on-boarding process. Should be able to create and maintain the recruitment tracker. Be willing to spearhead special projects as needed. Qualifications 2 years of IT Recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. Experience working on Recruitment Software and Applicant Tracking System. MS Office proficiency including word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook. Bachelorrsquos Degree required. Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various department leads. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
