You are:


A detail-oriented individual who will thrive in a fast paced team centered production environment while developing new skills in the parcel/fulfillment industry. You are a hard-working and vital contributor to our company's success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings.

You will:

•Manage the administrative duties necessary to support the Hub Operation.
•Support budgeting, productivity records, inventory/supplies, training logs, safety and HR administrative tasks
•Create and analyze reports to review spending, bulk purchase discounts and vendor partnership
•Serve as receptionist or front-line liaison to internal and external contacts and provide general office support.
•Greet customers, provide directions or information and resolve routine issues
•Schedule/cancel appointments and meetings
•Maintain inventory of office supplies
•All other duties as assigned.

Your background:

As an Administrative Support Associate, you have:

•A minimum two years of solid administrative experience in an office assistant or relevant role
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
•Previous experience working with internet software applications and data bases.
•The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
•A basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of their native language.
•The ability to work overtime which may include weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or no advance notice.
