Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators and grocery retailers. While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world's best-known companies.

The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of our HR systems. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for the regional HR team members and is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will also assist with the creation of HR metrics and dashboard to be utilized across the region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the performance, integrity and security of HR applications, including provision of roles, security profiles and workflow processes.

  • Lead tasks which impact data maintenance, including mass updates of data and organizational restructures.

  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.

  • Maintain all system interfaces and integrations.

  • Act as the escalation point for operational system issues or questions.

  • Manage updates and new system releases for all HR systems.

  • Review and update system processes and guidelines as required.

  • Develop and maintain system training materials.

  • Assist in conducting training sessions for the HR team as required.

  • Identify opportunities for improving processes through information systems changes.

  • Performs periodic systems audits.

  • Assists with the creation of HR metrics and dashboards.

  • Assists with future system implementations.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working with HRIS systems.

  • Must have experience troubleshooting systems and advanced level report writing skills.

  • Must have experience using XML and SQL.

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce and Success Factors highly desired.

  • Must be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.

  • Must have the ability to multi-task and have strong planning and organizational skills.
