Job Description

⦁ Provide financial report population and troubleshooting support to the department
⦁ Suggest and implement reporting improvements with some guidance, leveraging technology
⦁ Maintain Report Inventory and Workflow Process Tools
⦁ Maintain credibility and reputation of high quality (accurate, timely, relevant) financial data and reporting

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Populate standard financial databases and reports in an accurate and timely manner
⦁ Troubleshoot report issues and errors in moderately complex Excel formulas
⦁ Improve system functionality with help from senior team members
⦁ Build cross-checks into reports to minimize manual checking and improve population accuracy
⦁ Identify and recommend reports and queries that can be streamlined, consolidated or eliminated
⦁ Keep report population process documentation current
⦁ Update the database with current, eliminated, and new information
⦁ Maintain technological functionality of the financial files
⦁ Coordinate and/or participate in ongoing and special projects
⦁ Provide guidance and training to team Associates

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience
⦁ 0-2 years of related experience
⦁ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
⦁ None
Functional Skills
⦁ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
⦁ Knowledge and understanding of data & databases
⦁ Ability to work with numbers and moderately complex formulas
⦁ Intermediate understanding of financial factors and how key measures relate to one another, and ATSV Finance processes and best practices
⦁ Intermediate understanding of ISG organization
⦁ Understands how and why data is utilized by leaders and other financial analysts
⦁ Solid work ethic, including ability to follow-up, focus on details and take initiative
⦁ Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
⦁ Basic Project Management, time management, and organizational skills
⦁ Can work independently with minimal direction
