Job Description
Seeking a Business Analyst in El Dorado Hills, CA!! This position is not open to C2C. US Citizen or Green Card holders only!!

This position will require a candidate with a lot of experience working with RAW DATA. In the role, the candidate will gather raw data (financial and operational metrics) and then translate the raw data into various reports in order to provide clarity to members of the executive team.

Initially (first 1-3 months): Works with various levels of management and cross functional teams to identify, define, and document critical operational metrics and service level agreements to be used in executive reporting; this includes formalizing existing metrics, defining new metrics to address gaps, and identifying accountable owners and target performance/goals. Builds successful customer/client relationships and provides consultation and guidance on metric definition and approach, as well as using data to effectively inform decisions.

Ongoing (remaining time): helps with monthly collection and reporting of identified metrics to inform key meetings/activities, and establishing a regular cadence/format and accountable parties in performing it. Provides consulting/support on effective use of metrics/data to inform decisions and actions at appropriate levels.

Job Requirements:
