Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, multi-location, Practice Manager to grow their career into a Regional Manager. Our reach is expanding and so we are growing our team!

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of our practices and facilities. They will serve as the liaison between Corporate and our Physicians, ensuring they are kept up to date on all communications including technology/procedural changes, events, etc.

Prior healthcare/medical practice management experience is a must!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates daily operational activity at all locations, following standardized organizational policies and practices, relative to provider activities.
  • Manages, in collaboration with Practice Managers, site specific provider staff including hiring, training, supervising, coaching, evaluating, disciplining, and discharging as appropriate.
  • Engages in regular communications with Physicians to share feedback on quality of care, patient satisfaction, efficiency, productivity and documentation.
  • Ensures Physicians are kept abreast of changes in technology and training opportunities
  • Facilitates and assists Physicians in understanding organization philosophies, policies and values, daily, when needed, and regularly in group meetings.
  • Assures that Physicians meet, as a whole and in departments, to obtain information, exchange ideas, learn from each other, and provide input for departmental and organizational decisions.
  • Helps to establish, review and update standardized organizational policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and monitors operational data and reports, including productivity analysis, monitoring and compliance.
  • Collaborates with leadership to continuously improve quality of care and to involve all areas of staff with quality and safety initiatives, while ensuring efficiency of operations.
  • Analyzes productivity results and adjusts practices accordingly to maintain operational efficiency and meet productivity standards.
  • Assures staff development through orientation and continuing education
  • Familiarizes and complies with all policies and procedures.
  • Meets standards of behavior expectations.
