Director of IC Consulting

Project Frog Inc. is the pioneer of Industrialized Construction-as-a-Service (ICaaS), providing prefabrication and Industrialized Construction (IC) services to its global list of customers. Through deep vertical knowledge in retail/QSRs, healthcare, data centers, education, and hospitality, Frog develops platforms tailored for the owner's ROI and physical structure needs.

The Director of IC Consulting will report to the Vice President of Sales, working cross-functionally in order to deliver on complex consulting projects with compressed schedules. Primary responsibilities include sourcing new consulting clients, managing cross-functional projects to ensure completion in a timely manner, guiding and driving clients along the IC path towards a truly integrated approach, and developing and managing the consulting pipeline in order to meet revenue goals. Candidate should have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, experience with AEC, experience with consultative roles, and an extensive existing network of contacts within the AEC market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source new consulting opportunities
  • Deliver on revenue goals for consulting
  • Develop relationship as a trusted advisor for top, key industry accounts
  • Provide value-based pre-sales support, including documented discovery, demos, and technical consulting for large net-new opportunities
  • Manage the consulting project from pitch all the way through to successful completion leveraging cross-functional teams with time constraints to deliver on projects
  • Discovery and Solution Fit
  • Develop and implement unified journey for customer down the IC path
  • Provide leadership and guidance in the formulation of requirement definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, process assessments and project assessments for sales opportunities to help make business cases and drive ROI
  • Leverage Project Frog ICaaS services, products, and software to develop innovative solutions that satisfy technical, fiscal, and schedule constraints within the customer's business
  • Work with Vice President of Sales and marketing to develop demo (and/or strategy) for new verticals
  • Support speaking engagements (as needed) to evangelize customer success and/or best practices in getting the most value from the ICaaS solution toolset
  • Help connect and network mutual Project Frog customers to discuss IC usage approaches and learnings as relevant
  • Hit the ground running with pre-existing IC knowledge
  • Includes frequent travel for both on-site and remote customer interactions
  • Turn every client into an ICaaS advocate and lifetime customer
  • Serve as an ICaaS product and services industry expert for the rest of the company

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree minimum
  • 10-15 years in the AEC industry
  • Passion for and track record in hunting new opportunities
  • Proven track record in managing clients, executing on projects, and delivering on revenue goals
  • Passion for evangelizing IC/prefab a requirement
  • Passion for helping our customers and a commitment to creating innovative solutions
  • Experience with AEC software products a requirement
  • Background in manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in person and over the phone
  • Excellent self-motivation and organizational skills
  • High energy, positive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
  • Expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs, experience using other valuable sales tools a plus
