 Paid Search / Digital Media Manager

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Paid Search / Digital Media Manager will be responsible for the global paid media strategy and execution for Alert Logic. This position will support driving brand awareness at scale, intelligent lead engagement and demand generation that results in high quality sales pipeline. We are seeking an analytical and self-motivated team player that brings deep knowledge and energy to advance our digital media capabilities as we rapidly grow our business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive global paid media strategy and execution for the company, across the customer journey
  • Work closely with our Sr. SEO Strategist to develop an integrated and comprehensive search strategy
  • Manage digital agency and oversee paid search campaigns, keyword research, audience targeting and segmentation, ad group structuring, ad copy writing, and landing page testing and optimization
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, A/B testing, and more
  • Manage budget and seek ways to optimize our digital media spend across channels by evaluating cost per lead and optimizing for pipeline creation
  • Hold weekly performance check-ins with agency to measure against goals and take action on opportunity
  • Work closely with the agency and analytics team to report campaign effectiveness and lead flow
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards and reports on KPIs for all paid media campaigns
  • Keep up-to-date with search engine and PPC industry trends

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5-7+ years demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns in B2B SaaS marketing; ideal candidate will have prior experience in the cyber security industry
  • Proficiency in managing large scale PPC accounts
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager; AdWords / Bing certification a plus
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytics platforms
  • Strong focus using data to gather insights, optimize digital campaign performance, and meet aggressive paid media performance goals
  • Strong attention to detail and budget management skills
  • Highly cross-functional and able to source content, data and subject matter expertise from across the global marketing organization and broader company
  • Track record of success working in high growth organizations with multiple product lines, regions, languages and distribution channels
  • Experience managing strategic and day-to-day performance of external digital marketing agencies
  • Extensive experience running A/B and multivariate testing strategies
  • BS/BA degree required, Master's degree preferred
