Job Description

Our client is a performance media agency specializing in paid search, paid social and affiliate/partner marketing. They are currently seeking a Performance Media Manager to join their growing team in either LA.


We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The Performance Media Manager participates in all aspects of executing paid media campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. This includes initial planning, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. Candidate must have a digital marketing background, and prior experience working in the various platforms


Responsibilities:

  • Paid search and social campaign strategy implementation
  • Strategize, develop, and optimize paid media buys (social, search) for clients
  • Spearhead new growth efforts for multiple campaigns integrating data analysis, budget and client expectations to achieve results
  • Deliver weekly reports to provide data insights and recommended budgets
  • Research and track trends and perform competitive analysis to drive marketing strategy
  • Develop testing and analysis methods for paid media channels to improve messaging, creative, audience targeting, and overall channel performance
  • Provide guidance on creative based on data analysis, and ability to effectively and persuasively, present ideas
  • Build and oversee automated reporting dashboards and spreadsheets
  • Leverage analytical tools to understand performance daily and make tactical recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Educate employees and clients on best practices across channels


Skills & Requirements:

  • Agency experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, paid search and paid social media
  • Hands on experience working in Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Marketo, Bombora and other B2B, ABM tools
  • Minimum of 3-5 years full-time experience in digital marketing positions
