Cluster / Multi-unit Spa Director - Western region, USA

**Must currently be a Senior Director or Vice President Spa within an award winning Spa facility**

A large and stylish resort/hotel seeks a dynamic Spa professional for its super luxury and "state of the art" spa facilities! To qualify for this role, you must have earned certifications in recognized Spa institutes, along with expertise in operations of world class spas, as well as developing and opening new facilities.

As a Cluster / Multi-unit Spa Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests of the spas receive a personalized and memorable guest Spa experience. The role encompasses all aspects of businesses including client experience, people resources and training, supervising and retaining qualified staff.

Your responsibilities will also include achieving sales goals, business objectives, spa profitability and maintaining relationships with Spa partners and vendors.

As the property offers world class Spa facilities, the candidate will have minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in a 5* luxury Spa facility ideally in USA. A progressive experience and a firm knowledge of treatments in luxury spas and retail sales, and spa reservation procedures to maximize facility utilization.

In order to maintain and preserve the Spas' vision, you must be result oriented, proactive, and an innovative thinker with the ability to lead, motivate and improve in all situations. Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven track record in planning and executing strategies, maximization of all revenues, service excellence and profitability will secure this challenging role.

In addition, the Spa Director must also possess thorough knowledge of spa industry and competition, including location, product offering, pricing, promotion and sales techniques. You will ensure that the facility is in its best condition at all times, and manage/supervise wellness spa programs.

You must be able to lead and train the team to provide the best Spa experiences to their guests.
