Hours of Work and Pay:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
37.50 hours per week
£10.00phOur Client, a major supply chain organisation, requires an experienced Administrator to work within the Client Services department for their prestigious customer. You will assist the team in managing client volumes and stock holding value, ensuring the swift dispatch of returned items in line with KPI's and ensuring customer satisfaction by quick resolution of queries and timely reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with the creation and circulation of reports for both delivery and returns.
Processing corrections on orders, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management and tracking of sample requests.
Driving the wholesale international and UK tasks to ensure timely dispatch of orders by way of liaising with site management, client key contacts and hauliers.
Liaising internally and externally to ensure stock for return to supplier is managed effectively.
Management of contact centre queries. Person Specification:
Good experience of working within an administration team
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient with data input, compiling reports and delivering exceptional administration support
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
